Thomas Kuepper, owner of Pure Vermont Building Company, has a passion for fine home building, the experience to efficiently complete complex building projects both large and small, and the energy to bring a client’s goals to life. Tom’s ability to be the point person with clients and architects while overseeing the overall building program is essential. He is unique in the high-end residential building sector, with a hands-on management approach. Tom is on site and functions as both project manager and contractor. Being on site overseeing each home allows Tom to micro-manage the construction process and deliver flawless projects.

Tom has been working with his hands, learning and enjoying being a part of the building process since the age of 15. Through mastering different building trades, he has a wide range of practical knowledge which one can only achieve through years of experience in the field. While keeping one foot solidly grounded in the building trades, Tom achieved a bachelors degree in political science, a successful term working at a top advertising agency in New York City, and competed at the world cup level in alpine snowboarding. Through excelling in academics, advertising and athletics, Tom chose homebuilding because if the combination of skills needed to successfully manage all aspects of the building process.
